-------------------------------HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM?-------------------------------------
1. Download the Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (newer or older)
2. Open the Visual Studio
3. Click the button called "Open a project or solution"
If you know how to code you can do it. If not just tell me how to do it!
-----------------------------HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE?------------------------
1. Download 8 files (7 files sin , .csproj , .resx and .cs is very important to fix the problem.)
2. Click the file called "Scratch Explorer 1.0" to open the web browser.
